Actually Great

The skirt sits on my hips. That's for the best. It's short. But that is literally my only complaint. I used the size chart and it fits perfectly. The skirt has two layers so it's not see through. The top came with the turtle neck and the outer shell. It has the small details too! The hat looks silly on me but that might be a me problem.
